Included with this rental are 200 white resin padded folding chairs, twelve 8' rectangular banquet tables, and twelve 60" round tables. The Butterfly room is 16’ x 31’ and will comfortably accommodate up to 40 people for classes, seminars, photo shoots and meetings. One-story windows allow attendees to view the garden around them, or can be shaded for privacy.This rental includes three 8' rectangular banquet tables and 40 white chairs. This rental space is a versatile indoor/outdoor option, which includes the Banyan Room, adjacent terrace, Great Lawn and courtyard.The Banyan Room measures 30’ x 50’ with lofted ceilings, and stone tile flooring, giving it a light and airy feel. Connected to the Banyan Room is a catering kitchen with prep table, convection oven, fridge and freezer. It  can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit-down dinner, or 200 for a standing cocktail reception. Sliding glass doors open onto the adjacent 25' x 50' terrace which is covered by permanent sail awnings.




In this area you can seat up to 100 people additionally.Beyond the terrace is the Great Lawn and connected courtyard, which borders around a large pond stocked with koi and cichlids. This part of the rental area is completely outdoors and can be tented, accommodating 100 to 300 people.
