They couldn't have been more helpful and we so appreciate everything they did to make our wedding incredibly beautiful. We chose to have chair covers and sashes and made a special request for broaches on all of the sash bows which was quickly accomodated. We rented our chargers, cake stand, card bowl, table runners,... I had my centerpieces done by Inside Decor. On the day of my wedding, one of my centerpieces was missing candles. I called to let them know that they should have brought candles, and they said that I had not ordered them. I had to make them look up an email I had sent to confirm... Great Selection and Flexible Lisa was very flexible when I had changes in my numbers for things like napkins, chairs, and table cloths.
I made changes the last week with no problem at all. I wasa bit disappointed that there wasthey assumed we were going to pick up our chairs though. Very accommodating, large selection Inside decor provided us with our vases for the table decorations, the chair covers and sashes, decorated the head table and cake table, and decorated the arch for the entry way. They were very good in making my vision come to life, the rentals were reasonable and they picked up... I rented a 40x60 pole tent and white lights from this company. They came to the reception venue the day before the event to set up. They had the tent up and secured in no time! The tent was exactly as they described it and saved our 200 guest wedding from being rained out. They have everything you could need!!!!! They are very sweet and helpful. Our reception looked so beautiful! While you may not have everything you need to put on a big event such as a wedding, picnic, fundraiser, or company meeting, you can be sure that we do at Party Productions. Along with our rentals, Party Productions is the place to shop if you're expecting a lot of guests because we carry bulk quantities of food plus catering supplies, and special touches such as imprinted items so your guests will be able to take a memento with them to remember the great time they had. Rental Items and Details Rental items may be reserved by filling out a rental contract and paying the total rental fee in advance. Cleaning deposits need to be made at the time of rental merchandise pickup. Length of rental is negotiable, depending on the items being rented, and the date/time/location of the event.
Late return of all rental merchandise is subject to a full rental fee for each day the rental merchandise is not returned. All items are to be returned in a satisfactory and clean condition (for example, no wax on items) and in their original boxes. Renters are to take good care of all rental merchandise and use it properly. Renters also need to verify that all items are there, and in good condition. The renter is also responsible to reimburse Party Productions for any rental merchandise that is lost, destroyed, damaged beyond repair, or stolen prior to its return. The renter must pay Party Productions the required amount for the repair or replacement of rental merchandise, if such rental merchandise is damaged in any manner prior to its return.
