Rental Items and Details Rental items may be reserved by filling out a rental contract and paying the total rental fee in advance. Cleaning deposits need to be made at the time of rental merchandise pickup. Length of rental is negotiable, depending on the items being rented, and the date/time/location of the event. Late return of all rental merchandise is subject to a full rental fee for each day the rental merchandise is not returned. All items are to be returned in a satisfactory and clean condition (for example, no wax on items) and in their original boxes. Renters are to take good care of all rental merchandise and use it properly. Renters also need to verify that all items are there, and in good condition. The renter is also responsible to reimburse Party Productions for any rental merchandise that is lost, destroyed, damaged beyond repair, or stolen prior to its return.
The renter must pay Party Productions the required amount for the repair or replacement of rental merchandise, if such rental merchandise is damaged in any manner prior to its return.
