Gerrard Hall is located on East Cameron Avenue between Memorial Hall and South Building. The average cost of a non-University event in Memorial Hall is $3,000-$5,500. The average cost of a non-University event in Gerrard Hall is $450-$1,000. Facility: Market Street Southern Village has both indoor and outdoor venues available for rental for a variety of events. The Village Green is a lovely outdoor green space with a brand new stage, and is large enough to comfortably accommodate hundreds of people. The Green is well suited to concerts, art fairs, and other performances.
