They work great for my kitchen bar - 42" high. "I ordered 2 sets of these barstools. One of the boxes was missing all of the hardware (screws, bolts,etc) needed to assemble. How can I get these so I can put my stools together?" I ordered a set of these barstools and, like you, there was no hardware in the box. I contacted Overstock and they had no backup hardware to ship out to me. They ended up sending me another barstool set, instructing me to remove the hardware package and ship the rest back to them. I opened the box carefully, removed the package of hardware and resealed the box. They paid postage both ways. The only inconvenience was driving to UPS to drop of the box. The whole process was pretty painless. I got the sense that they usually do have backup parts, so maybe they will be able to just send you the hardware.
