Hello, I have a problem with Telegram.

About a week ago, my account was deleted for spamming. After, it was restored.

But I can not write in public chats. Also, a few days ago, there were problems with the channel @ DecentraFR: the posts are not received by all the subpubs.

For example, if three days ago, on average, the post recruited 200 views in two days, now the posts do not gain more than 30, let's say that one post got 60 views in 15 minutes and then the counter stopped (now 72 in about 24 hours). I entered from my second account and the messages appeared only if I searched for them myself.
