Key responsibilities
Develop tactical plan to reach target service level with lowest cost and capital employed.
Orders placement according to created plan, collaboration with wider supply chain team to ensure supply plan execution.
Proactive control of actual demand & supply to prevent over/ out of stock and write-offs.
Analyze deviation of actual results vs KPIs to find root-cause problems and solutions for the future.
Manage planning settings (cycle/safety stock, MOQ, etc) to reflect demand & supply volatility risks.
Participation in cross-functional projects.
Master data maintenance to ensure proper planning tools work.
Requirements
Hard skills:
Supply planning related experience in multinational FMCG company 2+ years.
Inventory management good theoretical base and practical experience - approaches, models, variables, etc.
Record of successful optimizations as advantage.
Data analytics & calculations excellent capabilities.
S&OP process knowledge, practical experience as advantage.
Supply Chain core concepts understanding and how Planning fit in.
Excel, MS Office strong skills.
SAP R3, SAP APO, Anaplan working knowledge as advantage.
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills.
Presentation skills.
Team player.
High motivation for improvement.
