Bannister no longer properly fitted to wall (metal pole into wall) moves about 5 inches, making bannister unstable. Missing spindles, some broken. Came as expected, fixed on the day, completely secure bannister & cleaned up after. Need a new loft hatch making as the old one is too small and in the toilet. Want it moved to the landing and hatch with ladder installed. Also would like spindles and banister rail fitted to stairs. New Spindles fitted to stairs and new loft hatch fitted. Removal of existing u shaped kitchen worktops, sink,taps etc and replace with new worktops sink and taps. 2). Remove existing stair and landing balustrades and replace with new handrails, spindles, newel posts etc; 3).quote to supply and install under stair cupboards & doors. Rob done an excellent job supplying and fitting new kitchen worktops and also done a great job replacing the stairs and landing balustrade and providing cupboard doors under staircase. Would definately recommend rob,he is first class tradesman.
