Location: it is greatly convenient, You can take the limousine bus 6702 from airport to the hotel directly, the bus stop is just located at the front of the hotel. KY Heritage promised rooms with triple single beds and they indeed had such rooms. The hotel room is big. Location is good, few minutes walk to the shopping area. We also tried the International Breakfast buffet, sad to say not much varieties but still a decent meal. When we first enter our room and smelled cigarette smell, we requested for a change and was promptly assist for the change. The staff are eager to assist and speaks good English to render assistance be it room change or directions. The room space was reasonable for a city... Above all, we would like to say sorry to assign your room smelled cigarette. Sometime some guest who against our policy inspite of whole rooms are non smoking.
