Spun Polyester are fun, bright, mold and mildrew resistant fabrics.
They are a great and inexpensive way to add color and change of season to your home. We recommend Spun-Poly for covered porches and sunrooms. Clean with mild soap, air dry both sides. Sunbrella is the leader in high performance all weather fabrics. The fabrics can be used in all weather conditions, are durable and easy to clean. Sunbrella uses woven fibers that the colors are solid through out. They keep their color and do not fade with conditions. Sunbrella Fabrics come with a Five Year prorated Warranty (Spun Polys have no warranty. If you want to Special Order a specific Sunbrella Fabric, please provide us with the Name of the Fabric, the Grade Number AND the Sunbrella item code number. The Foam and Fiber that we use is thick, durable, pure white fiber that holds its shape and structure. The Blown Fiber we use for backs and pillows is also pure white and contains a conjugant that holds its structure, which is wrapped in an All Weather Ticking. Patio furniture cushions that are exposed to the elements should be filled with drainable outdoor foam. Outdoor foam is not necessary if the cushions don't get exposed to rain and water. You'll be given the option to choose which foam is right for you.Replace your flat patio furniture cushions with new supportive outdoor foam. We can custom cut new outdoor foam for your patio or lawn furniture. We custom fabricate soft, medium, and firm high-density outdoor foam in many shapes. This outdoor foam has a 1.8 lb/ft3 high density, which makes it hold its firmness for a long time. The open cell structure allows water to pass through easily. This drainable property is perfect for areas in which your outdoor mattress or patio furniture cushions may get wet. Simply tip the cushions on end and watch the water run out. Leave them in the sun for a few hours and they're ready to sit on. Add dacron wrap to make your cushions plush and full. Note: Solid outdoor foam pieces can measure up to a maximum of 59" (150 cm) wide by 79" (201 cm) long. Sizes larger than this will be bonded together. The resulting seam is warranted for the life of the foam. If you prefer to conceal the seam on these larger pieces, we recommend that you order Dacron wrap. Outdoor foam is sold in full sheets at a discount on our upholstery foam page. Why Our Patio Cushions Last: has a 1.8 lb/ft3 high density, which makes it hold its shape and firmness for years. In contrast, cheap patio furniture cushions made from polyester fiber flatten quickly with time. Fiber cushions look good and feel good at first but will lose their luster quickly. Some of the foams we offer may be exchanged if you don't like the firmness.
