The Triage truck pickup calendar is busy, generally pickups are booked about two to three weeks in advance. Smaller items such as lamps, crystal, figurines and wall hangings are not included in our complimentary pickup service, we ask that you box those items and bring them in for us to go through any weekday. Please ensure your drop offs are freshly washed, clean, ready to sell. Our objective is to open accounts with at least a one hundred dollar minimum (Triage value). We cannot accept items that sell for less than ten dollars. We do our best to ensure we can sell merchandise prior to pickup. We are unable to price furniture over the phone. With time and gas being costly, we hope to do our best to screen potential consignments so that everyone is very satisfied with our consignment services. Because a photo might not clearly depict an item, our pickup employees have the final word on the determination if an item is acceptable for consignment and the realistic sales price. Always call before bringing in merchandise so we can expect the arrival of your incoming merchandise. Regrettably, we are sometimes forced to reject merchandise that we have not seen (even after it is hauled here by a consignor).
