Any waste from landlords, tradesmen or businessesContact ourDisabled people or older people may be eligible for help with lifting their bulky items - this is called an assisted collection.If you think that you may be eligible for an assisted collection, please call 020 8356 6688, Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm.The collection crew will only collect those items shown on the job ticket. They will not collect any other items put out for collection.If the crew is unable to carry out the collection, a ticket will be placed in your letterbox stating the reason why. You may have to contact us to reschedule.Items are sorted and any that are suitable for recycling are separated and placed in recycling containers. This waste is then sent to North London Waste Authority (NLWA) or other specialist contractors for recycling.
