What's covered under "accidental damage?" In terms of accidental damage, this plan covers all unintentional stains, rips, tears, burns, punctures, gouges, chips, dents, and water rings. Once I've purchased a plan, when does my coverage begin? Coverage for accidental damage begins the day your product is delivered. What isn't covered by this plan? This plan does not cover damages caused by accumulation, neglect, abuse, or failure to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty. You can submit a claim to Uniters on their website or app, or give them a call at the phone number listed on your Protection Plan certificate.
Will I have to pay a deductible? Can I cancel my plan? You can cancel your plan for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, your refund will be prorated. Any previous claims or an administrative fee may be deducted from your refund.
