We paid special attention to all your needs (charging outlets on both sides of bed, toiletries, cooking supplies, spices, tea&coffee, yoga mats, baby highchair &packnplay, games, puzzles, foosball, darts, ceiling fans).
Books quickly and in advance.SLEEPING: One bedroom has a king bed and a study with a desk, a second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom and Jacuzzi tub, and a third has a double bed and a single trundle bed. Another fully-stocked bathroom is down the hall. An air mattress can sleep 2 more, and the couch can sleep an additional person. The living room has a big comfy couch, full windows, HD TV and a blu-ray that has access to Netflix, Pandora, etc. EATING: Dine together with a big family-style dining area that will seat all guests. The kitchen is fully loaded with all cooking and baking supplies and a starter pantry of spices, oils, flour and sugar. PLUS, have fun with board games, foosball, darts, and ping pong on the dinner table. Relax, do yoga (2 mats provided), drink coffee (or wine!) and take in the Flagstaff seasons on the beautiful large covered deck.Guests have access to the entire home, Jacuzzi, fully-stocked kitchen, and covered deck with views. Check-in is 3 pm and checkout is 11 am.
Key is provided in a coded lockbox and extra key is in the home.PARKING: There is plenty of parking available in the driveway (up to 4 cars) and 1 additional spot in the garage. If you or visiting friends need street parking please know the following:- from Nov. 1st to March 31st street parking from 12am - 7am is prohibited and may result in a parking ticket from the city- please park on the same side of the street as our house as not to obstruct the property across the street.As we live a few doors down, we would be happy to help you out in whatever we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. However, we too love to travel so we can't guarantee we will be there during your stay. However, we will be reachable by phone or will provide a backup number if we are not available.One of the best aspects of our neighborhood is that we are on a quiet street that is a quick 5 minute drive and 15-20 minute walk from downtown Flagstaff, with a charming mountain town feel, great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, art galleries, tourism agencies and plenty to take in.
We are also a 20 minute walk to Buffalo Park which has beautiful trails, mountain biking, disc golfing, and access to the National Forest. GRAND CANYON is 1hr15min away, majestic SEDONA is 45 minutes away, and SKIING/SNOWBOARDING is less than 20 minutes away. This home is a perfect home base to do all of these trips as day trips and then be able to come home and relax in comfort in the evenings. Large supermarket 2 min drive (10 min walk) away.Car or bike is recommended although people have been happy with a combination of walking and public transportation. Public Transit is approximately a 10 minute walk from the house. The big supermarket is a 10 min walk and downtown Flagstaff (for restaurants and such) is a 15-20 minute walk.Flagstaff is generally a temperate climate so most houses do not have air conditioning (including this one). However, the living room and all bedrooms have fans to provide ventilation.We have created a guest book to help you explore Flagstaff and the surrounding areas with information on local attractions, restaurants and activities.
