Keep these things in mind when searching for a good-value hotel that suits your budget:It's smart to email several hotels to ask for their best price. This is especially helpful when dealing with the larger hotels that use "dynamic pricing," a computer-generated system that predicts demand for particular days and sets prices accordingly: High-demand days will often be more than double the price of low-demand days. Compare their offers and make your choice. Book directly with the hotel. Skip the middleman, such as a hotel-booking website or the tourist information office's room-finding service.
