Our company is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Understanding of SDLC;

 • Practical experience with sales tools; 

 • Strong collaboration and management skills;

 • Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English

 • Creative thinking and negotiation skills, strong attention to details;

 • At least 2+ years of B2B sales experience of IT outsourcing/outstaffing services;

 • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals;


What tasks are waiting for you:

 • Prospect, educate, engage, qualify, nurture and convert leads and opportunities

 • Develop creative ways to engage with potential clients and research new channels;

 • Keep the CRM updated with the data on clients, partners and prospects in the pipeline

 • Research pools of potential clients in professional networks and other platforms within focus markets and campaigns.

 • Work closely with Lead Generation Specialist, Head of Marketing, tech and executive team to ensure consistent and effective sales communications.
