I learned much about having a flexible nature working retail because some days you work in the fitting room, others at the register, and even a few in the backroom doing inventory. Cons During the past two years the company brought in commission for associates and managers. At this point I observed that managers became more pushy on sales floors to meet their hourly sales numbers instead of having a team that makes the sale together.
Advice to Management Bring back more of the team sale mentality so that managers and associates can work in sync.
