Located on the main road to the beach at the edge of a pristine dune forest, it's very quiet and peaceful. You really feel like you're getting away from it all when you're here.Yet, it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the West End commercial district (Boatslip, Joe Coffee, etc.), a little farther than that to the ferry at MacMillan Wharf and the center of town, and a 5-10 minute bike or car ride to pretty much everything else in Provincetown.
We're also just a fifteen minute walk to Herring Cove Beach.There's a queen-size sleigh bed in the bedroom, which also features sliding glass doors leading to a small deck overlooking the dune forest conservation land - perfect for your morning coffee. We have a well-equipped kitchen with a window that looks out on the conservation land. There's plenty of cross ventilation and the 14-foot ceilings help keep things cool and breezy all summer, and central A/C and heat keep things comfortable year-round. Other features include (very) basic cable TV with Chromecast, washer and dryer, wireless internet, and off-street parking.If you're coming to Provincetown to party, please look elsewhere. Our place is part of a small condo association - we all look out for one another, and everyone here values a laid-back and quiet atmosphere. The second and third bedrooms are spacious and light, with a queen-sized bed and twin beds, respectively, ample cupboard space and air-conditioning. These two bedrooms share a lovely bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and bidet and both of the bedrooms open out onto the terrace with beautiful ocean vistas. Situated in a fully secure complex, the penthouse offers two private parking spaces in an underground garage and has direct lift access to the apartment.
