The purpose of my visit to this hotel is I needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay as it just a 24 hours business trip. The overall experience was excellent and I will definitely choose the same property when I return. Sadly as my stay was only 24 hrs, There was not enough time to enjoy the facilities like the swimming pool. However I could see it from my window and it looked really nice and in a great setting. The bed was very comfortable with a hard matter, which allowed me to sleep well despite the considerable time difference. The television was a modern flat-screen model with a large selection of both English and Hindi language channels. All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful in particular the Concierge Department which arranged for someone to go out and buy a box of 200 Cigarettes for me. Normally I'd go out and buy them myself from the duty-free shop at the Airport but the company I Work for does not permit us to do so! They cost me 2000 rupees and they arrived within an hour.
The room was spotless but sadly there were no coffee sachets and only 1 bottle of water in the room. During this trip I Had room service, (excellent by the way) but on a previous stay I Went to a local restaurant 10 min walk from hotel situated in a small arcade. Excellent food and value for money! The only thing which I Would do differently is when going out from the hotel by rickshaw is to take a map showing the location of the hotel. As if you are on the other side of town, its not guarantee that the rickshaw driver will know the hotel, and they often don't speak English. Was this review useful? Be the first to vote. In one line, this hotel lived upto every expectation that we had from a ITC hotel. We had asked for an early check in and the entire check in process did not take more than 5 minutes. Everything was ready by the time we reached the reception. All we had to do was give our id proof and sign the form. However would have loved if the staff provided some sort of hotel and room orientation.
The lobby is grand and opulent and very tastefully done.The base category room, which is the executive room is spacious and has all amenities that any 5 star hotel has. We had a lovely view from our room which was on the higher floors. Our room overlooked the garden and the road in front. For ladies travelling alone, this hotel has a Eva wing whose access is controlled. Room service is efficient and quick. Every call for room service was answered within 2 rings and room service never took more than 5 minutes. What we loved is the breakfast buffet. They have a huge spread covering continental, Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, cereals, cold cuts, six types of juice and cold coffee and sweets. Do try their continental. However would not recommend their the Chinese in their coffee shop. There is enough scope for improvement there. The staff at the coffee shop were attentive and helpful. Would like to appreciate their effort in engaging my 3 year old kid while we had breakfast and dinner.
This hotel, like the other ITC hotels, has a kid\'s pool but no kid\'s play room. Being a business hotel, we did not expect it but it would be good if ITC hotels start a kid\'s play room in their hotels. Wherever possible, we choose ITC over other 5 stars because its a Leed Platinum Certified hotel which means the hotel ensures our stay does not create any negative impact on the environment. One of the reasons why we love this chain. Overall a satisfying experience and would definitely recommend and would stay here again whenever we go to Hyderabad Amazing Hotel, I had great fun staying for one night in this hotel for a business purpose. I love to stay in ITC hotels and this was most memorable stay I ever experienced. Clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds with good interiors I have ever seen. Food is very tasty, caring of servicing people is good and helpful. The food system and drink arrangement was good. Everything from first to last was perfect. Room service is good.
Everything is superb and I enjoyed the stay. The aroma was refreshing. The main area, the cuisine everything is decently maintained. Very nice being here, enjoyed myself. The ambiance which was provided here is as excellent as any other hotels. The atmosphere is very pleasing, natural and I like the way the trees are arranged. One my best days in my life which I would not forget these days. The hotel was located near to the city. The ambiance at the hotel was clean and tidy. The interior and exterior of the hotel was well maintained. The staffs at the hotel were friendly and polite. The check in and checkout procedure was done on time. The room which they allocated to me was comfortable and well maintained. The amenities in the room were functioning well. The view from window was very nice. The room was so cosy. The food quality was very good and the price was reasonable. The hotel served only vegetarian food. The indoor and outdoor activity was not arranged by the hotel. The overall experience at the hotel was very memorable and value for money.
