If you have recently placed an order, please refer to your order confirmation email for more details on your delivery. Home Delivery and Set Up Bedding collection items (Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Pads, etc.) are shipped via UPS. Delivery of your mattress and modular base, plus simple instructions to set up your bed yourself (no tools required) Note: FlexFit™ Adjustable bases must be shipped using our Custom Service℠ Home Delivery. Delivery and set up of all beds included in the same order. Mattresses and modular bases are packaged in 1 to 6 boxes, depending on the bed model. Orders are shipped in their entirety, but occasionally boxes may get separated during transit. Home Delivery is available in selected areas. Service outside these areas may be available for an additional charge.
