Sand Bay Leisure Resort is located a few miles to the north of the popular holiday resort of Weston-super-Mare. There is a long sandy beach just across the (minor) road that runs the length of the village of Kewstoke. It is popular with walkers and those who like a pleasant stroll whilst taking the sea air. Set in 17 acres of grounds, Sand Bay Leisure Resort has plenty of space.




There is ample free parking close to our guest accommodation and we have dedicated disabled parking bays for the less mobile. Enjoy a wide range of facilities! Dance the nights away with great entertainment! Relax in our leisure suites! Elim Housing’s developments are very varied and we have created a portfolio which is mainly new build. We house single people who are ready to move on from supported accommodation, provide general needs family homes and have recently completed on two Gypsy & Traveller sites. Our scheme tenures are mixed with some homes for social rent, some for intermediate rent, some affordable rent and some shared ownership. As our lead partner, New Futures approves our bids to the Homes and Communities Agency for affordable housing grant, monitors our performance and submits grant claims on our behalf. This finance may be derived from our own reserves or through loan agreements. These 40 news homes will be completed between 2016 and 2018.  They include a mix of flats and houses for social rent, shared ownership and discounted outright purchase. Work was completed at Wade Court in December 2015.  The scheme includes 19 new homes including 5 houses and 14 flats which are a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership.




Victoria Park Baptist Church, Bristol Construction works are now complete at this site on St John's Lane in Bristol. This new development provides 10 units for affordable rent, a mix of 1 and 2 bed flats and 3x3 bed houses, along with a new 2 storey hall for the Church. All units meet Code for Sustainable Homes level 3. Works have now completed on the eight affordable homes on this site in Congresbury. These eight houses (4x2 bed, 3x3 bed and 1x4 bed) are part of a S106 planning requirement for affordable housing. Charles Church/Persimmon developed this site in North Somerset. Six of the houses are for Social Rent and two are for Shared Ownership (1x2 bed house, 1x3 bed house). Works are now complete on these 24 Gypsy & Traveller pitches in Weston-super-Mare. Each pitch includes an amenity block containing living space, kitchen, bathroom and utility facilities. There is private outdoor area with most pitches having space for two caravans and vehicles. Works are now complete on these eight permanent Gypsy & Traveller pitches and five transit pitches.
