Our University Flats and Apartments Carlaw Park Student Village Opened in February 2014, Carlaw Park Student Village is the University's largest purpose built student accommodation for new and returning undergraduate (not school leaver) and postgraduate students. Located adjacent to the Auckland Domain (the city's oldest park and home to the War Memorial Museum) and only a short walk from the Owen G. Glenn Building, Carlaw Park Student Village is home to 697 residents in a combination of two, three and four bedroom apartments. The Accommodation Management team which consists of the Area Manager, Resident Manager, Resident Coordinator, Area Administrator, Area Officer and Resident Advisors provide personal support throughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activities during the year.
