All of these mount on the bottom of the Door. As you can see, there are a good number of sizes and styles available. You should get the old one off first, either by sliding it out the edge of the door or by removing a couple of screws to get it out. It appears that, if there are screws holding a channel on, they must be on the inside, probably covered with plastic caps. This is why I said earlier, inside pictures would help us determine how your sweep is held in place. I agree with AksarbeN that you will likely get more assistance from the staff at your local hardware store than from a big box place.
