I'll tell you a story about this hard drive, which I bought on the website aliexpress, almost four months ago, and I'm still trying to deal with the seller, because the product turned out to be a fake.

I ordered this product back in January of this year, almost a month later the goods were not sent, and I opened the dispute.

Only after that the seller sent the tracking number as proof that it was sent and wrote to me that it was necessary to wait and asked to close the dispute.

Hurrying and trusting the seller, I closed the dispute and waited.

A month later, the goods arrived, and, as it is not sad, the goods turned out to be counterfeit.

The description says that the capacity of the hard drive is 2 TB, but in fact it turned out that it does not have 30 GB. Screenshots from the computer that I attach to the application.

I would like to return the money, and I would like you to hire a seller for his dishonesty.

He sells substandard, counterfeit goods, which you can guess from customer feedback.

If the problem is not resolved, I ask you to send me information about the seller, and I intend to file a lawsuit against him, as He violates the law on the rights of consumers.

Not only was the product counterfeit - after I closed the dispute, the seller does not respond to my messages, either on the aliexpress website, or by e-mail.

I have already written three times in support, and there I was told three times that they would write a letter to the seller asking me to answer my messages and solve the problem. But the seller did not answer, and from him there was no reaction.

I will not leave it this way, and I intend to go to the end, defend my rights and punish the dishonest seller.

So I decided to record this video to prove that the hard drive really does not work properly and is a fake.

Of course, I've already opened this box for a long time, but I removed the disk inside to show how it was packed. The disk is packed well.

The computer determines that there are 2 terabytes of memory on the hard drive. But, let's try to throw something on him. As you can see, I already tried to upload my information on it.

We'll try again, and it does not work. We can see this error where it says - The specified path does not exist, perhaps the network location is not available or the CD-ROM drive is empty. Check the path and try again. Then, if you open my computer - then we do not see that the hard disk is 2TB, and the busy and free space on it is not shown and nothing can be done with it.

I saw on the Internet and other videos where such hard disks are dismantled, and inside is just a 30 GB flash drive or hard drive from an old laptop, just well packed, and in a beautiful wrapper.

I guess I have the same thing. In any case, I hope now the support service will believe me, and will block this seller - a deceiver, who profits from honest buyers.
