Обязанности:

  • Participation in CRM implementation project as Senior SAP CRM Consultant and/or Chief functional expert
  • Proactively participate in identifying solutions, designing concepts, system improvements or opportunities and driving for their implementation in the frame of project implementation and support
  • Capture, collect, describe complex business requirements and facilitate workshops for interviewing keyusers and business process owners during order clarification phases
  • Drives technology and business process innovation by implementing sound IT Solutions for the business domain Customer Relationship Management and Multichannel
  • Prepare Business Blueprints, fit/gap analyses, technical and migration concepts, technical specifications and test scenarios
  • Design, configure and test Loyalty and Digital marketing Solution
  • Support the migration and Quality assurance in all project phases and support
  • Carry out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures or business processes
  • Acts as liaison with business process owners, solution owners, key-users and global team
  • Provide key-user and end user trainings, documentation
  • Third Level support of applications (SAP, non-SAP) supporting Customer Relationship&Multichannel business domain
  • Coaching other team members and support permanent Knowledge How Transfer
  • Establish close collaboration with fellow teams, Global Competence Center and external suppliers to ensure that CRM Solution is adapted for local business requirements

Требования:

  • 3+ years of relevant working experience as Senior SAP CRM Consultant or SAP CRM Consultant, supporting or/and implementing CRM Solutions in Business areas Marketing, Sales&Distribution, Customer Service, eCommerce as well as Analytics, preferably in Retail and/or FMCG and/or excellent understanding of Retail and/or consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Economics, Business or related field
  • A proven track record of successful SAP CRM implementations (1-2)
  • Sound knowledge and proven hands-on experience within Customer relationship management and Customer Engagement Intelligence
  • Experience to work under pressure in global project teams
  • Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory
  • Analytical and innovative problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on various and cross-functional subjects, integrative mindset
  • Will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience implementing SAP Hybris Products for Marketing on HANA or SAP CRM Products is an advantage
  • A proven track record of implementing omni-channel IT solutions for campaign management, segmentation, dynamic content, Subscription management, E-commerce integration, trigger based marketing and analytics in particular on SAP cloud platform
  • Ideally familiar with the requirements of successful e-commerce; understanding of digital marketing, role of content and search as part of overall eCommerce strategy
  • Experience in integration of CRM Solution with Product master data systems, Supply Chain management or Webshop e-commerce is a plus
  • Experience in implementing B2C,B2B2C Solutions for Retail companies in Russia
  • Experience with different CRM Solutions (Manzana, Comarh, SAP CRM, SAP on HANA)
  • German is considered as a plus
