Senior Consultant is the third level position in our firm.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll join our consulting team of Roland Berger’s alumni on different operational and strategic projects
The main industries are: Metallurgy, Engineering, Mining, Retail etc.
You’ll have an opportunity to bring your experience to Firm and expand the expertise. You’ll have an opportunity to test your management skills in terms of real project, as you’ll be a respected member of the Team, who can influence the future of consulting and our Firm.
Requirements:
˃ Graduated from a bachelor/master program with degree in economics/technical specialties/etc
˃ 3-5 years of work experience in consulting/finance/corporate finance/banking/BIG-4 companies/industry, at less 2 years of experience in any type of consulting
˃ Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, knowledge of other type of data analysis soft and/or programming languages
˃ Self-managing and time-management skills, high level of personal responsibility, focus on result, structured thinking, strong leadership and managing skills
˃ Strong project management skill is an advance
˃ Analytical thinking and business sense, ability to achieve results at undefined conditions
˃ Willing to develop in operational and strategic consulting
Responsibilities:
˃ Participation in the operational and strategic projects (more than 1)
˃ Organization and supervision of selected streams of project (more than 1)
˃ Reconciliation of the results of work in supervised areas within the team and with the client's management at all levels
˃ Operational management of the team (consultants and analysts) of the project
˃ Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
˃ Support and training of less experienced colleagues
