SENIOR ASSOCIATE BRAND MANAGER DIGITAL AND CONSUMER DATA ACTIVATION в Procter & Gamble


Experience & Education needed:

- 2y+ experience in data strategy development and implementation (IT/ digital companies/ecommerce/start-up companies)

- experience with managing sizeable database (500M+ contacts), creating eCRM and managing user contacts through eCRM tunnel, resulting in sales growth for the company 

- a university degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Management, Economics, Information Management;

- understanding of basic statistical concepts and programming is a plus

- experience with web analytic tools like Google Analytics;


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Corporate Data Strategy: establish 1st Party/2nd Party/3rd Party data streams. Integrate multiple stakeholders across the organization around Data StrategLead Corporate multibrand consumer platform strategy development and implementation

- Develop 1st party data collection strategies and action plan on the basis of corporate platforms

- Establish the process of data enrichment and conversion into brands’ sales based on data science and analysis. Test different mechanics to grow brands’ sales through database 

- Work with brand groups to align on brands’ needs on data based on deep consumer understanding

- Work up and down across the organization incl. top/international management to align strategies and get support on resources
