The first question is about the script

The new script is actually pretty cool. It is simpler for me than the script Notion had when I first started working.

But maybe we can change it a bit. For example, our main goal is to encourage the client to play. I understand that. We have a bonus for this. But the problem is that we get to the presentation of the bonus only after a series of additional questions. And at this stage, the client may lose interest. I have had such cases when clients were confused during additional questions, although in my opinion they were interested.

I have a suggestion for this. Rework the script in such a way that it is composed of the presentation of the bonus, but with the addition of additional questions.

Example:

introduction: 

 "Hi, I'm Helga, your personal manager from PirateSpot Casino. And I have a free bonus for you! Just let me know where you want to use it. Sports betting, casino or live casino?" In this case, we immediately go to the main questions and do not have a long introduction, so the client will immediately hear the word "free bonus" and maybe be more interested.

after choosing a category.

"Cool! Then I have a bonus for you specifically for playing Slots. It's a Casino Welcome Bonus." and then everything about the bonus.

After the presentation.

"Also, as your personal manager, I have a unique offer for your favorite games. Its 500 rupees. So tell me, which slots do you like the most?"

After the answer, we make a presentation of a no-deposit bonus of 500 rupees.

After that, we can ask about his favorite bonuses.

"Perhaps you have your own favorite types of bonuses? If you do, in the event that it becomes available, I will immediately include you as a potential member of the bonus."

and here the client answers about the bonus.

Thus, we do not divide the dialogue into questions and presentations.

We only have a presentation, which will be interesting to the client, but at that time we ask the questions that we need. But the client will not be bored during this and may not even notice them, since the thought of the bonus will already be in his head.
