If you want it to maintain un-animated but for a longer time on the screen, simply duplicate it:

NO BLUR OUTRO

To remove blurry effect you need to place the Outro slide in such a way so it ends on the same level with the last clip

In case it does not help, please place the Outro slide in such a way so it ends on the same level with the last clip, and trim the last clip to the right a bit by dragging the handles on the video timeline. Outro slide will move together with the last clip, and once you save the video blurry effect will be removed
