I have always found Sears to be reliable. I will have to call to repeat the cleaning as there are areas that aren't as clean as they should be. My technician "Ryan" was phenomenal, he was polite, smart, friendly, on time and he explained everything to me in layman's terms so that i could understand it. If ever i need any garage door service or my family or friends need any service i will definitely recommend your company. My service was great from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the service. The tech, Tony was very professional and a pleasure to deal with! Did a very quick and good fixer. The technician called me to explain the resolution with the garage door and answered all my questions with expertise. I highly recommend Jarrod (?). Once the installer finished, and I checked it. I thought that it needed a few adjustments.He made the adjustments. Now everything is operating smoothly. I did not receive a receipt that I signed. Please send it to me. Our technician was awesome! Both techs very proffessional and courtesy.

Didn't have to do work is pretty high. I have Sears, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Not sure I would call Sears if something went wrong with them. e-mail receipts are not something I like. I would much prefer a paper receipt at the time of service. Jeff did a great job! Now we'll see what installation and performance match the above...
