The upper management take time to recognize employee's. They provide growth opportunities within the company. Team synergy is a daily exercise at Corrigan. Cons Like most family owned companies, family tends to win the advancement opportunities in the upper management realm. The growth opportunities seem to cap just before advancement into the executive level. Advice to Management Continue to support internal growth. Cons Hours change each day. You could work 15 hours one day, and 6 the next, depending on what type of job you are sent out on each day. Advice to Management Don't change up the crews each day.
