They included delivery adn set up, but since they were coming from so far away, the delivery fee was a bit steep.... Very happy with the service. A bit frustrated that I was shorted 2 round table cloths and my photographer had to stop and buy me 2 plastic ones. However, happy with the overall result. Rocky Start with a Happily Ever After I have mixed reviews about Classic Events. The tables and chairs were reasonably priced and reserving them was super easy.
It was keeping ahold of them that was difficult. A few months out from the wedding, I called to confirm the amount of tables and chairs I had reserved.... I had a great experience working with this company. They adjusted my price with no problem when I needed less chairs and tables than originally ordered. They delivered and set up my tables and chairs for an extra (and very reasonable) fee - even though our event was on the 3rd... Horrible customer service & office management I rented a tent and chairs for my wedding from classic events and parties. My mom and I rented this several months in advance, as well as my mom going into the office with a map to the ceremony and reception venue. She left this map with the manager so that there would be no... easy to work with easy to work with, everything was delivered on time, and items that were not quite right were immediately replaced. Very good customer service. This company was fantastic! I have no complaints.
