Responsibilities
During the 24-month GO! Program you will have the opportunity to work in some of our key markets. From the start, you will have your own responsible area, where you will accelerate your learning daily. You will work along-side with some of our specialists in Sales, looking over their shoulder and getting deep insights as well as learning from their experiences. You will also have a chance to have experience in e-commerce selling, take part in implementation a Strategy to become digital. Your Line Manager and a dedicated mentor will coach you during the entire program and provide you best guidance. Our Go Graduate training modules and functional skill trainings will provide you with the theoretical background needed to boost your development in sales. And most importantly, you will actively participate in SCA’s team environment!

What are we looking for?
Work experience is not required, but relevant internships are an advantage. Having obtained a University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite. Your level of English and Russian, needs to be fluent. Finally, availability for traveling may be required for the SCA GO! Program.
We expect you to be keen on digital word.
