I currently own a Keystone toy hauler. It is the 3rd rv I've owned. The first 2 were Heartlands. The rv itself hasn't been bad but needed occasional repairs, as all new rvs do. Keystone manufacturer is HORRIBLE to work with. You MUST take the rv to a dealer for ALL repairs or parts. I do has much work on my rvs as possible to save money. Heartland was excellent to work with and would send me any parts that I needed. I could even pick parts up... DO NOT BUY A NEW KEYSTONE CAMPER, YOU'll BE OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I bought 2015 Passport new off the lot and had the same bad experience. Within weeks the exterior door handles broke, locks still don't work well. Within a year the cables on the slide-out cut into the side of the camper and had to be replaced with new brackets. Shower leaked on to bathroom floor and into sub floor. The worse was yet to come. Less than a year after I bought it... We have had a leak somewhere (roof, side) since the first year we bought that technicians have not been able to find.

We purchased an extended warranty but it has not covered any of the work to find the leak. The wall behind my refrigerator and now the cupboard bases are wet and buckling , mold growing. The first time we took it in they caulked around the roof vents. Told us they found the problem. We paid for those repairs. The second time we... Now, on top of all the other problems we've had with this camper and Keystone, the awning is making a horrible noise when we retract it. Guess this will be another problem to add to the list. So far, we have had a leak which flooded the bunk room, two window shades that didn't work, the adhesive paper which covers the cabinet trim peeling off ( no, they are not the nice solid wood anymore), refrigerator freezer not staying cold enough, the black... 2014 Keystone Rv Bullet Rv Purchased our 2014 Bullet in Feb. 2015 new off the dealers lot. Since then, it has been under repair for one thing or another. With in the first summer of use, we had to take it back to the dealer to get AC replaced and the second year we had a slide out gearbox fail.

I have personally repaired interior trim and replaced the AC refer heater. Other quality issues would include the jack knife couch support bars have broken welds resulting in a... Had been working with salesperson for 2 months , but was stuck there for 3 days waiting on the paperwork and for them to put on dish sat on the roof. Which was put on in the wrong place. The also fixed some trim that had fallen down. While that was happening the machine they used dented the oven door, and scratched the table. We got home 3 hours later and couldn't get the outside kitchen door to open, we paid out of pocket to get it fixed. 1... CALL AFTER HOURS BUT NO ONE WILL ANSWER. 2017 Keystone Rv Montana High Country Rv Had pretty much the same thing happen to us. Bought a 2017 keystone in October. In November, there was a hard rain.

Woke up to water, not just alittle either, coming from an AC vent and running down the ceiling, dripping onto a sleeper sofa and the floor. We are living in our camper on an away from home job, so this is home to us and 3 pets. Took it in and left it almost a whole month and were assured it would be ready when we got back. Bought this RV in late November and the 1st time a heavy rain hit I get woke up with water dripping on my head and the TV from a leak aroundnthe air conditioner. A local RV dealer stated that it just needs to be tighten but if over tightened the gasket would have to be replaced. No big deal right, WRONG. Keystone will only repair the leak at a Keystone dealer. That is only a 100 miles away. So instead of standing by their products that want me...
