Rules
1. General provisions:
1.1. Chat is intended for communication between users.
1.2. Chat is not intended for abuse.
1.3. Users of the chat are expected to follow the rules.
1.4. All users should familiarise themselves with the rules. A lack of knowledge of the rules does not exempt you from punishment.
1.5. Talk only around manga, anime, hentai.
2. The following are prohibited from chat:
2.1. Insults and abuse
2.1.1. Explicit insults and derivatives.
2.1.2. Comparison with animals with offensive subtext.
2.1.3. Indication or reference of underdevelopment or persons that are handicap.
2.1.4. Insulting nationality, race, language, religion.
2.1.5. Insulting action or sense.
2.1.6. Offensive character set.
2.1.7. Words containing excessive number of grammatical errors.
2.2. Threats
2.2.1. Threat of persecution, hacking, tracking.
2.2.2. Threat of physical violence or violence.
2.3. Flood - non-thematic posts on the chats, often occupying large volumes.
2.3.1. Normal flood messaging: sending a large number of similar posts.
2.3.2. Reserved
2.3.3. Flood symbols: more than 7 similar signs a row in a single reported.
2.3.4. Posts WRITTEN IN CAPS which consist of more than three words.
2.3.5. Publication of links/posts that are not related to what is being discussed will be considered off-topic.
2.3.6. Any other languages then English is prohibited, except admin talk.
2.4. Trolling and provocation which includes inciting conflict.
2.4.1. Posts containing false information and/or that can negatively affect the chat.
2.4.2. Intentional imposition of verbal abuse and provocation.
2.4.3. Discussion of controversial or provocative nature are prohibited, including (racism, nationalism, fascism, political and extremist radical movement, radical religious movements, non tolerant behavior).
2.4.4. Publication of personal information of other users without their explicit consent is prohibited.
2.4.5. The introduction of people as an error when is not part of the administration of chat.
2.4.6. Discussion and publication of illegal keys, programs codes, hacks, as well as an offer to sell / buy something.
2.5. Advertising and spam
2.5.1. Publishing any materials for the purpose of advertising.
2.5.2. Posting numbers to send paid SMS.
2.5.3. Advertising products and services of any nature.
2.5.4. Spam of bot commands.
2.6. Invalid picture / nickname (username)
2.6.1. Picture / nickname contains the word of §2.1. And §2.2.
2.6.2. Picture / nickname, does not match with what is considered acceptable.
2.6.3. Malicious cloning or modification nickname / Avatar of other users to cause conflict.
2.7. Incorrect behavior
2.7.1. The use of words and expressions with negative or offensive subtext.
2.7.2. Propaganda, drugs, alcohol and tobacco.
2.7.3. Propaganda relating to certain groups e.g. cults, Satanism and any other religion propaganda.
2.7.4. Incorrect complaints. Complaints (@admin) on a harmless message (a message that does not violate the above rules).
2.7.5. Discussion of measures and sanctions that applied by administration.
2.7.6. Editing or deleting ur own posts with the aim to distort or hide the original meaning of the messages and meaning of messages to other chat participants.
2.7.7. Criticism, that not using to correct deficiencies.
2.7.8. Unconstructive criticism.
2.8. Erotic content
2.8.1. Posts and / or content that contains/has the context of erotic character.
2.8.2. Discussion of erotic and sexual nature.
ONLY HENTAI IS ACCEPTED ( all genres)
3. Measure impact:
3.1. Foul chat entails warning (/ warn) / ban users and removal of some his posts chatting, if they contains disgusting character.
3.2. In cases not as stipulated by these rules moderator shall be entitled to decide on his / her own discretion.
3.3. Actions aimed at undermining work chat, are classified as a hostile with respect to the participants of the conversation. Any references such as "the enemies of the people" will also be deemed a punishment.
