Please read ALL 4 rules carefully before posting. ONLY ENGLISH allowed in this group.

1) This group is here to help you if you’ve lost a gem of at least 30k in value AND it has been in the RETRIEVE LOG for at least 2 HOURS.

2) Need an ER (Easy Retrieve)? Check “THE LIST OF KOT GUILDS” immediately below this message AND search for the player’s name & guild. If it’s not in the list, it will likely have been mentioned somewhere else. Please do NOT share the list outside this group or you will be permanently banned.

3) Can’t find the player/guild in the list AND after searching? Please post a request including the following:

• Screenshot of your gem in the RETRIEVE LOG (showing it’s been there for least 2 HOURS).

• Screenshot of the base where your gem is stuck.

• State the player’s name & guild (this helps others when searching later).

4) Please do NOT revenge the player who set ER for you, unless they requested you do so (for shield or skulls for example). Doing so will result in a ban.

Please remember that ER is a privilege, not a right. Being polite, courteous & respectful should be a given, particularly when requesting ER. After all, they owe you nothing & you are asking them to do YOU a favour.

IMPORTANT: Any posting or behaviour that contravenes any of the rules above may end up with your post being deleted & repeat offenders could face a warning/ban. Please play nice!
