Keep the chat safe for work. Here's what's forbidden: sexual or kinky content (even censored), gore, voice messages that contain orgasm sounds. This applies to any kind of media.
Never spam messages. This includes sending a lot of stickers. Don't send a lot of offtopic images when people are actively talking about something. You can feel free to send as many memes as you want when the chat is dead.
No sending questionable links (ip loggers, porn sites, casinos, shortened links, like goo.gl, etc).
Advertising channels, other groups or anything else without a permission from an admin is now allowed.
Catfishing ("I am an admin of this group") is forbidden.

Admins can't break any of those rules either (but the owner can :D).
Being a friend of an admin doesn't make you immune to punishments for rulebreaking.
