1. Language and Username : This group caters to all Cool 1 users around the globe hence communicate only in English. Also having a username is compulsory if you are joining this group, you can try not to keep very long or unnecessarily big and complicated usernames too.

2. Off-Topics: Keep off topic discussions to the minimum. Too much off topic and you are under surveillance.

3. Promotions/Advertising : Its not allowed in the group. Please don't try

4. Piracy : We are strictly against piracy hence no posting pirated content in the group

5. Credits : While sharing any new information please mention source,this helps us verify the authenticity of the info. Give proper credits to the person whose work you are sharing in the group

6. Behaviour : Please maintain a calm approach while engaging in discussions, under no pretext Abusive comments or hurting someone personally will be entertained.

7. Resolution: Even though everyone is busy with their life people here do care to take some free time out of their schedule to answer your queries. Please note that this comes out of our free time and doesn't really cost you anything hence please wait patiently for resolutions. Spamming your query will not land you anywhere.
