I need supplies almost daily. Will make it my new go-to home improvement store. The store was very clean customer service is a great sales person was awesome Great experience in store today. The female Associate was so nice and helpful to us. we would highly recommend this store to everyone. Every time I go in to pick up an order it's messed up or my family and I went in to look at dishwashers no one offered to help but an older gentleman came up 10 minutes later and the employee helped him right away but to top it all off the woman who checked me out on the purchase of said dishwasher told me to not score them under a 5 or it was like scoring them a zero.
This to me is like a waiter telling me what to tip them. It just seems like every time I go in there something goes wrong. Buddy Gibson was a great help. Walked with us to get everything we needed. I had a wonderful and fast experience here great store excellent customer service with Mr.Kimberly Chatman and awesome deals in the appliance department everyone should go checkout and ask for kimberly Chatman couldn't ask for a better representative . I'very been remodeling 2 homes... new walls new paint new trims new flooring new cabinets new everything! And any time I walk into home depot (day or night) the employees are easy to find, super friendly and eager to help. I drive an hour away to get here I pass Ace and 2 Lowe's. I drive the distance because I know at Home Depot the employees appreciate me and my buisness. My dad has a construction company and I used to help him I never was 100% involved but now I love remodeling, I wanted to buy a miter saw so I went to Lowes I waited 30 minutes before I left the employee was called but never came to help and 3 walked by and never stopped to ask if I need help well i went to Home DEPOT and right away the staff greeted me and asked me if
I needed help, walked ke to the saws and even another employee walked over and us me and the previous staff member if we both needed any help. This is customer service!!! Every other isle I walked down I saw emeployee and they asked the same question "can i help with anything?" I only will shop at Home Depot because of the customer service and the products I've bought are great.
