Our furniture technicians aim to carry out the repair during the first visit and currently we repair 85% of our jobs during the first visit. After the visit is completed, the office will supply you with a report of the visit along with pictures taken. If the furniture cannot be repaired during the first visit or if additional parts are required to complete the repair, we will provide you with a quote to complete the repair to your furniture.
