Tetra Pak® HR Service Centre Moscow is seeking a Reward Specialist

Job purpose:

Reward Specialist works with qualified compensation and benefit work. Acts as an expert advisor within the compensation & benefit and is a part of the second line support in the HR Service Centre.

Scope of Activities:

•Supports the annual market benchmarking exercise and reward reporting tools in area of responsibility, to ensure external market competitiveness

•Supports the annual salary review and yearly incentive payment processes with local Payroll and Master Data administrators to ensure timely and accurate payment and data integrity.

•Proposes and validates salary offers and adjustments for new and existing employees.

•Conducts reward related analytics and provides inputs for reward survey

•Perform services on demand from the business according to SLA

•Provide input material to global reward strategy upon request

•In line with CoE guidelines, give input to local benefit plans

•Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Service Delivery team

•Train HR and line managers regarding compensation processes

•Analyse internal equity and benefits data

•Create communication material

•Collection of surveys and prepare market analyses

•Suggest external new hire salary range and promotional salary range

•Prepares staff expense analysis

•Ensures full compliance management with various HR, Finance and business stakeholders

•Participates in adhoc projects as appropriate

Qualification

•At least 3 years of previous experience in reward area.

•Specialized knowledge of regional compensation and benefits.

•Good knowledge of labour and industrial laws and prevailing HR practices and taxation principles. Broad knowledge of industry and market best practices.

•Experience in handling international assignments.

•Proven data management / analysis skills
