Revenue Growth Manager в Danone
Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth in pricing and promo, ensures constant improvement of company revenue, exploring for new opportunity for revenue growth in pricing & promo
• Develop and align price lists & promo guidance for all SKUs / channels / regions
• Analyze competitors pricing & promo strategy, translate knowledge into action
• Lead and take full responsibility for price & promo short- and long-term strategy development
• Takes full responsibility for quality of communication related to promo strategy. Responsible for pricing strategy alignment to function heads and commercial leaders of channels.
• Controls and coordinates promo guidance implementation into promo plans
• Ensures implementation of price and promo principles in plans, taking full responsibility for the process
• Build strong relationships with commercial team and NKA team to provide effective team effort in portfolio pricing and promo strategies
• Leads promo planning process from company side, incl. pre- and post-evaluation analysis
• Owns pricing process in terms of technical implementation
Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience at Finance Controller position in multinational FMCG company or Revenue Growth manager/ Sales effectiveness consultant
• Analytical skills, strong communication skills and ability to influence at a senior level
• Can do attitude, highly motivated and innovative mind set
• Strong leadership
• Fluent English: upper-intermediate or higher
