I got four of them to go with the Coaster Retro Round Table, and they fit well with it. The chairs are relatively easy to put together, but I suggest it helps is you're fairly handy and have a decent power screwdriver for attaching the seats. These are not as heavy (or heavy-duty) as the chairs I recall from my 1950s childhood (but then I was just a kid, so everything seemed bigger and stronger). The chairs are comfortable and the cushions are well padded.
Where the chair meets the floor, the metal legs are capped by little round plastic (ABS, I presume) feet, which do not look like they will hold up over the years. I would also have liked more color choices, but black will do. These chairs are lower to the ground than normal chairs. Be careful unless you're really tall or you will feel like a little kid at the big boy table. I love the style of these chairs. Solid Chairs and Stylish When I saw these chairs on Overstock, I immediately paused. I was taken by their unique, eye-catching stylish design. I got one set as side chairs but now Im thinking of replacing my dining chairs with these. They are really comfortable, well-constructed and the walnut color of the wood adds a nice layer of warmth to my home. They arrived well packaged and earlier than expected.
