When I called the 800 number for Costway, they had my order in their system, so I am assuming that the seller "Tangkula" I bought it from is actually them (but it could be a reseller / drop-ship situation as well).The shipping box is huge and heavy, it would not fit through my office door, so it will be a pain to return it if that is the resolution.Bottom line, the chair is poorly assembled. The details are below and in the pictures / videos.- Someone wrote the number 105 on the ottoman. I am not sure if I can clean it off. (see photo IMG_4249)- The screw attaching one of the armrest is stripped, so there is a lot of "play" in that armrest.- The moving armrest caused a tear in the leather underneath during transport (see photo IMG_4251)- The base of the chair is loose, it causes the entire chair to rock (see video) Same thing for the ottoman. And I do not mean a gentle rock "by design", I mean a "is this safe" kind of a wobble when someone sits in it the first time.- The headrest is loosely attached, causing it to move (see video).
