If your lost item was left on-board an aircraft you will need to contact your airline directly. It is our policy that all perishable items be destroyed immediately, so please be aware of this. Postage stamps are sold at: Ground floor, first floor and after immigration Post boxes are located throughout the terminal. Travelex, is the world's foreign exchange specialist, with ten stores located in the international and domestic terminals, open 365 days a year, for all arriving and departing flights. All major and most exotic currencies are available from Travelex at the international and domestic terminals. Personal care products need to meet security requirements for international flights. View the new restrictions on liquids, aerosols and gel items. Showers facilities are available for passengers free of charge just outside the international arrivals gate. Towels and bathroom essentials are available to buy from Relay and iSite Tourism Information Centre. Both sites are situated on the ground floor arrivals in the international terminal. Showers are also available in the domestic terminal situated on the first floor opposite Air New Zealand premium check-in. Look-out lounge observation area The look-out lounge observation area on the top floor of the international terminal has closed because we have started work on the expansion of our international departure area.
