25 Per Hour(deposit refundable based on inspection after use)         Both rooms can be used to accommodate up to 125 people and is well suited for:  Anniversaries    Social Events    Receptions    Family Reunions    Graduation PartiesEngagement Parties    Fundraisers    Corporate Meetings    & More$320 – Both Rooms – 3 hour windowAdditional Hours Rental $45 Per Hour $100 Damage Deposit (deposit refundable based on inspection after use) 1.Guests:  Guests are limited to each room maximum capacity.  Exact attendance is due 7 days prior to your rental event.  The studio reserves the right to terminate any function in the event of disturbances caused by guests. 2.Food & Beverage:  The studio does not provide in house catering.  Food & Beverage are the responsibility of the renter. This would include, but is not limited to the following:  food, beverage & service of food, warming trays, utensils, platters, dishes, silverware, table clothes, ice, etc.  Food is to be served in the lobby or in Studios.  




Beverage service is NOT allowed in either studio.  Ice chest and beverage containers must be set up and manned in the lobby.  3.Cleanup:  General cleanup will be required at the end of the night.  All trash will be removed and placed in the outside trash receptacle.  All decorations and personal items will be removed.  Any spills must be cleaned up as they occur.  Floor must be broom clean. As such, bubbles, confetti, and glitter are prohibited. The studio will begin basic teardown 30 minutes prior to the event end time.4.Tables and Chairs:  The studio will provide for your use fifty five chairs and enough tables to accommodate 65 to 70 people. The studio will also provide an 8-foot banquet table for food service. Please keep in mind that no item shall be dragged across the floor to cut or mar the floor. Standing or sitting on tables is prohibited.  Standing on chairs is also prohibited.  Damage to chairs or tables will result in a forfeit of your deposit.  Linens may be rented for an additional fee.5.Decorations:  Decorations must be restricted to the tables or be free standing.




No tape, staples, or nails are to be used on the walls, floors, doors or ceiling.  Damage to walls, floors, doors or any other structure within the building, will result in a forfeit of your deposit.  Candles may be used in approved containers and must be supervised at all times. 6.Conduct:  Any offensive activity will be halted immediately.  Renter is responsible to make sure that the conduct of all individuals in the building is proper.  The studio reserves the right to immediately terminate any event at which it deems conduct is improper.  No return of rental will be due.  Smoking inside building is strictly prohibited. Renter is responsible for any damages to the building or equipment caused by misconduct of guests and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the studio and its members for any and all injuries or damages such guests may cause.7.Damages and Injury:  Renter holds the studio free and harmless from any and all claims for damages or personal injuries incurred or sustained by you or your guests during the event




, setup, or cleanup.  Renter is responsible for any damage to the premises, furniture, fixtures, or equipment regardless of the cause of such damage.  8.Event Times:  Doors to the building open 60 minutes prior to event time. Event times will never exceed 11:00 P.M.  Cleanup must be completed and all persons out of building no later than 12:00 Midnight on any occasion.9.Music & Stereo Equipment:   The stereo system may be used with an approved operator.  Music is not provided.  Music must not be played at a volume that can be heard from outside of the building.  Failure to comply may result in termination of the event.  The studio reserves the right to determine if renter is required to utilize the services of technical staff.  In House DJ services and specialty lighting are available for an additional fee.10. Parking: The facility has a parking lot with additional side street parking on 9th street. There shall be no parking in the driveway or "no parking" designated areas.  




The studio is not responsible for any personal losses either in the building or parking lot.11.Deposit and Fees:  A damage deposit of $100.00 will be deposited when booking the studio for rental.  The total rental fee(s) are due (14) days prior to scheduled event.  Damage deposit will be refunded approximately ten (10) days after event.  The studio requires a 60 day notice for cancellation of a contracted event or deposits and rental fees are forfeited.  Deposits will NOT be refunded if any of the below policies and conditions is breached.  Deposits will not be refunded if the floors require more than the usual cleanup due to sticky spillage or any out of the ordinary cleanup is required to the facility or parking areas.  Renter is responsible and must pay for all damages that exceed the rental deposit amount. Services$275- DJ - (3 hours) $100 - Dance lessons with specialized quality lighting (1 hour lesson) $375 - DJ & Dance Lessons with Lighting (3 hour DJ & 1 hour lesson) Professional dance performances for your event- Price Quoted per eventRentalsTable Linens - $15 each (round)  $17 (banquet)Ice Buckets -$2 eachTable Top Candles - $2 eachChafing Dishes - call for pricingStage Lighting - $50 (without DJ or Dance Lesson)Wedding Arch - $35We also offer DJ services
