The colors of yellows, golds, and oranges is sofening to suttle browns with the stark contrast of our evergreen colors.

Cute Little Cottage is located at the end of a peninsula just off Hwy 94 East on Beaver Lake, just 7.5 miles from business 71 Rogers, Arkansas ……. right outside Horseshoe Bend Park, (and a full service Marina). That’s only 10 miles from I-49 exit 83, Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall and John Q. Hammonds Convention Center. Via Panorama Road, to Scenic Highway 12, it is only 9 miles to War Eagle Mill, and Hobbs State Park. Did I mention that it’s all via a very scenic drives!
