Located in a scenic meadow, this is the ideal location for the outdoor country wedding. What You Should Know The Barn at Cypress Meadows Plantation is a venue only. The event coordinator on staff can provide a list of preferred vendors that are knowledgeable of the venue or you may select your own vendors.
The Barn at Cypress Meadows Plantation features three large lofts upstairs. One of the lofts has a 15-foot wet bar. The rental of the Barn at Cypress Meadows Plantation includes the use of 20 six-foot tables and 175 chairs. Additional tables and chairs may be rented.A large commercial kitchen is included in the rental fee. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave and sinks. You may select any caterer you wish or provide your own food. If the event is catered, the caterer is responsible for the setup, breakdown and cleanup of the catered site.The use of alcohol is permitted at the Barn at Cypress Meadows Plantation. Self-serve bar is not permitted. Serving alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age is strictly prohibited.Smoking is not allowed inside the Barn at Cypress Meadows Plantation. Smoking is permitted outside; however, it is limited to designated smoking areas.The Barn at Cypress Meadows Plantation can also provide linens, dishes and floral arrangements. Additional decor is available as well.
A bridal dressing room is available.The Barn at Cypress Meadows Plantation has ample parking space. The space is also handicap accessible and wheelchair-friendly. To ensure that the wedding couple can relax and enjoy their day, the Barn at Cypress Meadows can provide on-site accommodations for up to 40 people in the Duck Lodge. These accommodations are available outside of duck hunting season between the months of February and November. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere, but that was one of the things we LOVED... This venue was perfect for me and my husband to share with our family and friends. There is plenty of space to get ready (including a new bridal suite), all the chairs and tables we needed so no renting needed, ample space and it is absolutely gorgeous!! Loved everything about the venue, and working with Kelly.
