Hi guys! Me and my husband are looking for an apartment in Yerevan to rent for 6 months. I'm an editor, my husband is a programmer. We are a quiet and peaceful couple.

What are we looking for?

Downtown only. We'd prefer a simple appartment, not a "euro-standard", but tidy, with plain, modern furniture. A dishwasher would be a great addition (in which case we'd consider increasing the pay a little bit).

Important:

heating - a Baxi or any other boiler

no old soviet-style wardrobes and sideboards

stable WI-FI

a bathtub (not a shower cabin)

Our budget is 400$-450$ for 1 month's rent
