Msg seller a few times for help but no help offered except ask us to call the delivery people ourselves and the nos. given always no ans, even sms sent also no reply. Super jialat...if u need the products urgently, never order from them...their delivery and support service is still very jialat, no improvement since my last order in June 2015 rec'd the item last friday with thank. Brought 3 seater and 1 seater recliner, but, unfortunately 1 seater giving me "problem" tested some days still the same problem incur, like cause skin itchness, y? please check it out and advise asap.

I thought need to fix up the sofa or something by screwing things in place but actually, they just removed the box and moved it to the position required which I also can do. No fixing involved. Was more like a con job and service charge to the people delivering the chair which I thought delivery charges was already included.
